The book Event on Garnethill is based on an intervention that took place in January 2004 in Glasgow in an area that accommodated both an art school and a private Catholic school. The artist, who usually went completely unnoticed by the school children, purchased a uniform and wore it on the streets among them, allowing her to quickly and easily assimilate. The book was distributed in British public libraries, including all the libraries in Glasgow, with some copies also held in Finnish libraries and private collections.
